Another “action shot” of an HSS product, the Pressman Journal. It is named after our friend Corey Pressman who buys several of these leather bound books each year. He uses them for all of his client meetings and he proudly shows them off to anyone who expresses an interest. Corey is one of our biggest fans and he is also a very good friend. This was a fun but challenging project. I get nervous when I have to bind someone’s custom printed pages. I have to check and make sure I’m not holding my breath, I have to take breaks and look at dogs on Instagram, but mostly I have to concentrate really hard because inevitably, if something breaks my concentration, I mess up. This time, nada! No mistakes. Well, the thread broke once, but that wasn’t my fault, and it was easily fixed. These three books are for three generations of women. They are full of the grandmother’s lifetime of paintings. The design and layout was done by the granddaughter and each one, grandmother, mother, granddaughter will receive a copy. It is a beautiful, thoughtful, memorable tribute to a very talented woman.
